02 - Site Inspection Our team visits your property twice yearly — typically spring and fall — to assess all covered structures thoroughly, above and below the waterline.

03 - Inspection Report You receive a written report with findings, photos, and a condition summary within a few business days of each visit.

04 - Repair Proposal If any damage or concerns are identified, we provide a detailed, no-pressure repair proposal so you can make an informed decision.
